High-Quality Raw Materials and Waterproofing and Flooring Works

This unique hotel has been built on an area of 30 dunams in a khan - like structure. The hotel contains 228 rooms, a spa area, restaurants, shops, a kids club, a gymnasium, a function hall and a dining room. Within an internal and central courtyard of the hotel a pool has been constructed with branches leading to each of the ground floor rooms. As part of the construction operations, 45,000 cu.m. of concrete was poured and waterproofing works carried out over a total area of 4,500 sq.m.
