42-Storey Office Tower in the Heart of the City
The Alon Towers complex includes two 42-story office towers, each rising to about 163 meters. The ground floor features a commercial center with shops, restaurants, and cafés, over a 6-level parking basement for 2,200 vehicles.
The construction incorporated advanced green technologies, focusing on energy savings through radiation filtration and efficient lighting. Innovative self-climbing cranes were used, along with a unique mold set, ensuring high efficiency through an advanced control system for scheduling and budgets.
