The development spans a 3.3-dunam site and includes five underground levels, a ground floor, and six above-ground floors. The total built area amounts to approximately 23,500 sqm, including around 15,000 sqm above ground and 8,500 sqm below ground, alongside approximately 85 parking spaces. Designed for modern living, all residential units feature smart home systems, while the complex incorporates ground-floor commercial areas, a swimming pool, and a rooftop padel court.

Delivered as a turnkey project, Beit Hayedidut encompasses the full scope of construction works, from completing and reinforcing the existing foundations, through structural construction and electro-mechanical systems installation, to finishing works, final handover, and obtaining required occupancy permits.

The project's uniqueness lies in its engineering and construction complexity. Built within a dense urban environment, adjacent to residential buildings, public institutions, and the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, the work involves integrating new construction with infrastructure and basement levels completed in previous phases.
