Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, has completed the construction of living quarters for research and doctoral students at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. The complex was built as part of a government agreement under a concession scheme.

Students’ Accommodation Complex in the Capital of the Negev
The research and doctoral students’ accomodation complex at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is located close to the university and includes 129 furnished and equipped housing units for the students and their families.
The complex contains two buildings, each rising 5 storeys, with two protected spaces on each floor. The apartments have 2 - 3 rooms, and some of them are accessible. Also included in the complex are 61 parking spaces.
Ashtrom Construction has carried out all phases of the planning and construction - starting from the demolition, shoring and excavation works, via the installation of electromechanical systems - up to doing the plastering, flooring, painting and finishing works, as well as environmental development. The entire structure has been erected in compliance with the rules for accessibility and green building.
