Simultaneous Erection of 9 Buildings

In the Karmei HaSharon complex in Kfar Yona 9 buildings rising 8-9 storeys have been erected containing 320 housing units of different sizes and to varying specifications, together with a common parking level extending over an approx. 7,000 sq.m. area. 

The buildings were constructed simultaneously within a short time of only 32 months thanks to smart and efficient planning, dynamic loading of piles and the use of prefabricated elements produced at the Ashcrete plant.  Dynamic loading of piles reduced their quantity, depth and cross-sectional area by some 30%. Raw materials were supplied by Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries - high quality concrete by Israbeton, Ashkalit building blocks, cement, plaster and paint products by BG Bond,  and flooring work carried out by the Zahavi Atzmon company.  

Throughout all phases of construction Ashtrom paid attention to building safety, meticulous logistic planning and tight quality control - starting from the stage of providing infrastructures and casting the frame for all of the buildings, via planning and logistics, up to the installation of electromechanical systems in each apartment, finishing works and dealing with the surrounding green areas.
