Long-Term Rental Complex in Tel Aviv

The HaGadna Complex in Tel Aviv is a residential project offering 370 housing units for long-term leasing under Ashtrom Rental Housing Ltd. The complex contains 6 buildings rising up to 10 floors, extending over  an area exceeding 25,000 sq.m, together with a common three-level car park.

A conventional building technique was employed, combined with an envelope of prefabricated elements produced at the Ashcrete plant and assembled on site. In the course of the construction operations a volume of 30 thousand cu.m. of concrete and 3,500 tonnes of steel were used.

The central challenges facing the teams in the field were the construction of the three-level car park with a graded spiral structure, protection of the entire complex against ground gases, and closure of the Ha’argaz factory that had been used as a storage space for prefabricated elements.

Throughout all stages of the operation, Ashtrom Construction paid attention to building safety, meticulous logistic planning, lateral management and tight quality control, starting from the provision of the infrastructure and frame for all the buildings, via planning and logistics, up to the installation of electromechanical systems in each apartment, finishing works and dealing with the surrounding green areas.
