Integrated Construction of Residential Building and Educational Facilities  

The Galei Ashdar complex in Netanya is located within walking distance of nature reserves and beaches, and not far from commercial and recreational centres, business areas, cultural centres and academic institutions. In the complex 2 residential towers are being erected rising 19 and 20 storeys extending over a 25,000 sq.m. area, with a two-level underground having an area of some 8,200 sq.m. The two towers will offer 152 housing units of different sizes and to various specifications. Also being built in the complex are two kindergartens for Netanya Municipality.

The residential complex is being built in two stages by the Baranovich method including external cladding of the multi-storey residential towers. Construction of the car park involves the use of an integrated method of laying prestressed slabs in an intermediate ceiling, with an upper car park ceiling cast in situ. Throughout all stages of the operation Ashtrom Construction pays attention to building safety, meticulous logistic planning, tight quality control, optimum allocation of contract works and maximum flexibility.
