Construction of 505 Residential Units in Parallel

The Gindi LOVE residential complex is currently being built on an area of approximately 17,500 sqm, spanning five plots in Glil Yam, Herzliya. The development includes 13 residential buildings, each rising 10 stories, which together will offer 505 residential units. The buildings are constructed above underground parking levels and a commercial floor.

The main challenge in constructing the complex is the need to build all 505 residential units simultaneously. To achieve this, Ashtrom Engineering and Construction operates with close coordination among Ashtrom Group’s subsidiaries, enabling maximum efficiency, optimal quality control, and shorter construction timelines.

The accelerated construction process is made possible by combining conventional construction methods with a system of industrialized building elements manufactured at the Ashcrete plant, one of Ashtrom Construction’s subsidiaries. In practice, this means that while the foundations are laid and the structural framework of all buildings is erected, the prefabricated façade elements are produced and assembled in parallel.

Ashtrom Engineering and Construction has recently completed the basement structural works in several of the buildings, while simultaneously finalizing the retaining wall (shoring) works in others.
