Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, completed an urban renewal project featuring a residential tower and two kindergartens in the well-established "Elite" neighborhood of Ramat Gan. This project is one of three buildings developed in the same neighborhood by the same developer.

Residential Tower and Two Kindergartens in a Congested Neighbourhood

In the High Line complex, spanning approximately 2.5 dunams, a 31-story residential tower standing 106 meters tall with 163 housing units was constructed. The tower includes a ground floor, a gallery floor, two kindergartens, a gym, a tenant room, and service rooms for residents. Additionally, the complex features a four-level underground parking garage.

The location of the complex in a densely populated neighborhood demanded advanced maneuvering and logistical capabilities at the construction site. The restricted and narrow access roads necessitated the use of a climbing formwork system for the building core. This system offers numerous advantages: it eliminates the need for a large staging area, significantly reduces crane usage, shortens the construction time of each floor, and optimizes schedules during critical construction phases.

Another construction characteristic of the project is industrialisation of the plumbing systems in wet rooms, a unique process followed for the first time in a residential structure in Israel.
