New Residential Neighborhood in Lod

Ashtrom Engineering and Construction has begun work on a new project in the international district of Lod, a developing area near the city’s outskirts. The project includes six 11-story residential buildings, with a commercial floor and underground parking. The buildings will offer 300 housing units for long-term rent in various sizes and specifications.

The neighborhood will be constructed in a relatively short time frame, leveraging the full capabilities of the group's construction subsidiaries. Speeding up of the building process will be possible by using a construction technique that entails laying down infrastructures for all of the buildings at the same time, thus allowing synergy between construction progress on the site and the assembly of industrial elements that will be produced at the Ashcrete plant. 

Ashtrom Construction will oversee the entire project, from establishing the infrastructure and building frameworks, to managing logistics and installing electro-mechanical systems in each apartment. The company will also handle finishing works and the development of green spaces around the neighborhood.
