Innovation Design in the Field of Luxury Offices  

The LYFE Towers project includes two 36-storey high blocks (Towers A and B) over a 105,000 sq.m. area and containing office floors, commercial and surface and underground parking areas with 1,980 parking spaces. Towers A and B are linked by an innovative lobby providing a covered passageway between them, their ground level containing about 1,700 sq.m. of commercial space including shops, restaurants and coffee shops, an advanced gymnasium and conference rooms for the use of the various businesses and visitors to the complex. 

Ashtrom Construction has executed all phases of the operation - starting with demolition, shoring and excavation tasks, via the installation of internal systems such as plumbing, gas, electrical power, communications and HVAC - up to plastering, flooring, painting, finishing works and environmental development.

One of the greatest challenges in this project was dealing with groundwater on the site, calling for meticulous engineering planning and the undertaking of complex underground works. The envelope of the buildings is coated with screen walls based on the unitised technique, in the course of whose construction 121,000 cu.m. of concrete and 21,450 tonnes of steel were used. Shortly to start in the work complex is the construction of a third tower rising to 51 storeys.
