Demolition and Rebuilding of Residential Neighbourhood    

NEO on the Hill is an urban renewal project that included the demolition of residential buildings in the heart of an urban area and the reconstruction of 5 luxury towers offering 402 housing units and covering an area of 23,864 sqm.  

In the first phase two buildings were erected with 144 housing units, and 3 more buildings were erected in the second phase. Construction proceeded in the heart of a saturated and busy area with adherence to safety requirements, taking working hours into consideration and reducing noise levels in an effort to minimise the disturbance to the lives of local residents.

Throughout all the phases of construction Ashtrom strictly observed building safety, meticulous logistic planning and close quality control - starting from the stage of infrastructure placement and casting of the frame for all of the buildings, via the planning and logistics, up to the installation of the electromechanical systems in each apartment, finishing works and dealing with the surrounding green areas.  .
