A Luxury Residential Resort in North Tel Aviv
Located on Shai Agnon St., in one of Tel Aviv’s most sought-after northern neighborhoods, Ashtrom Engineering & Construction is building an exclusive residential resort for Canada-Israel, set across approximately 8 dunams. The project is expected to be completed within five years.
RAINBOW TEL AVIV is designed as a “small city,” where residents can find everything they need within easy reach. Beyond its eight residential buildings -including a 40-story tower and seven additional 9-story buildings- the complex also features commercial spaces, two swimming pools, a fitness center, a private café, spa facilities, co-working spaces, a residents’ club, and a four-level underground parking garage.
Ashtrom Engineering & Construction is responsible for the full scope of construction - from foundation and structural works, through planning and logistics, to the installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing works, and landscape development. The residential towers will be clad with curtain wall façades, while the lower-rise buildings will feature decorative exterior plaster finishes, creating a textured and natural appearance.
