The Riviera Hotel by Isrotel, located near the beach in the Gulf of Aqaba, features 172 accommodation units in various sizes and designs. The hotel also includes an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a cinema, children's play areas, and lush green gardens. 

The apartment hotel was constructed entirely from modular industrialized concrete blocks produced at the Ashkarit plant in Ashdod, a subsidiary of Ashtrom Construction. These industrialized units came pre-equipped with electrical and plumbing infrastructures, air conditioning, toilets, showers, and more. After production, they were transported to the construction site with special cranes and assembled on-site. This innovative construction method enabled the hotel to be built in a relatively short time frame.
