Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, is behind the construction of the Eilat Royal Beach Hotel by Isrotel chain. The hotel, located in a crowded tourist area on the seafront, presented the work crews in the field with unique engineering and logistical challenges.

The Royal Beach Hotel is located on Eilat’s northern shore close to the promenade and at a distance of one and a half kilometres from the city centre. The prestigious hotel contains 364 suites and rooms overlooking the pools, the sea and the spa complex, with 3 outdoor pools, two restaurants, a gymnasium and conference and event rooms.
The hotel construction process entailed innovative elements requiring unique engineering capabilities and the use of advanced equipment - an architectural design with a high internal space, environmental development of a rockery surrounding the pools, and direct access to the beach.
The work process included excavations, foundation laying and infrastructure preparation, the installation of electromechanical systems and also finishing works, landscaping and environmental development.The construction process made use of high quality raw materials providing for efficient maintenance of the hotel for many decades to come.
