Spanning 17 floors and covering a built-up area of approximately 21,000 sqm, the Suzuki tower features a ground-floor vehicle showroom, a commercial floor with cafes and restaurants, a 4-level underground parking garage, and advanced environmental landscaping. The building's facades are clad in glass and aluminum.

Throughout the construction works, Ashtrom Construction emphasized safety, detailed logistical planning, and efficient horizontal management. The project included strict quality control measures to ensure maximum flexibility. This approach was consistently applied from the initial phases of infrastructure and skeleton construction, through planning and logistics, to the installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing touches, and the development of surrounding green spaces.
