Residential Complex in Lod’s Western Quarter
The project, currently in advanced stages of construction, is being developed for Ashtrom Residences across two plots (Plot 311 and Plot 212) within a 8-dunam master-planned area in Lod’s Western Quarter.
On Plot 311, three 12-story residential buildings are being constructed, while Plot 212 will include two 7-story residential buildings. Together, they offer 214 residential units in a range of sizes and specifications. The building envelope will incorporate precast elements with porcelain cladding.
The buildings are being constructed above a two-level underground parking garage and approximately 900 sq.m. of ground-floor retail space. The commercial areas will include shops, cafés, and public service facilities. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
