The luxury WEST apartment hotel near Hatzuk beach stands 13 stories tall and features 65 elegantly designed suites. Completed in 2011, the hotel includes an outdoor pool and a gym with a sauna, spanning a total area of 35,000 square meters.

The hotel was built using conventional construction methods, including foundation excavation, molds, wooden forms, and concrete casting. Its facades are made of sandstone with a granite coating, designed to withstand the environmental conditions of its beachside location.
