Integrated Construction in the Heart of the City
The Elram Center, established in 1999, features a 17-story residential tower integrated with a 3-story mall, spanning approximately 7,000 sqm. The mall houses dozens of stores, including a movie theater, and is built above a three-level parking facility with around 450 parking spaces.
The center was constructed using the Baranovich method, a widely accepted technique for the exterior cladding of high-rise buildings. The project faced several challenges, including the need to build in the densely populated urban center of Ramat Gan, near a major city intersection, which required a complex logistical strategy. Throughout all stages of construction, Ashtrom prioritized safety, meticulous logistical planning, and strict quality control.
