A Construction Method Suited to Commercial Areas
The Bat Yam Mall spans approximately 24,000 sqm and features three commercial floors housing 130 stores, situated above a five-level underground parking lot with 1,000 parking spaces. Adjacent to the mall is an additional commercial building covering 8,500 sqm, with 250 parking spaces.
The mall was constructed using a conventional method tailored for commercial spaces, relying on reinforced concrete as the primary material for the building's skeleton. The mall's roof is a steel Skylight type, providing ample natural light throughout the space.
